Everyone at Open Care Connect has a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and receives ongoing training in the NDIS Code of Conduct.

Kubir has worked in disability support for more than a decade. He started Open Care Connect to build a service that listens, follows through, and stays close to the people it supports.

Sumnima is a registered nurse and leads quality and compliance. She helps make sure our systems, training, and support practices stay safe and consistent.

Manoj is a registered nurse and Client Service Manager. He is often one of the first people families, participants, and coordinators speak with when getting started.
