About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate support worker to provide personal care, community assistance, and life skills support to our participants. You'll work in home and community settings, making a real difference in people's lives.

NDIS Code of Conduct

You'll follow the NDIS Code of Conduct. This means being respectful, keeping people's privacy safe, and never exploiting anyone. If that sounds like you, you're a good fit.

What We're Looking For

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willing to get one)
  • Experience in disability support or aged care (or genuine desire to learn)
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Reliable transport and valid driver's licence
  • Respect for diversity and commitment to person-centred care
